EN-FAB, Inc. provided Pemex - Mexico a Design, Build, Own, Operate, Maintain (DBOOM) turn-key package for an enhanced oil recovery (EOR) project.
Steam was delivered injected into 8 wells at 5 separate locations on a contractual basis of once every 24 hours, 7 days a week, for three years as prescribed by Pemex.
Crude at the sites ranged from API 12 to API 16 gravity. Five of the wells were put into production with pump jack lifts and were initially producing between 89 - 111 BBLS per day of crude.
EN-FAB's Enhanced Oil Recovery equipment can be found in Brazil, Canada, China, Colombia, Ecuador, Mexico, Oman, Russia, Trinidad, Turkey and the United States.
After an average of 30 days of steam injection into each of the five wells, the wells were free flowing between 850 – 1500 BBLS of crude per day.
